Step 1: UGC NET Management Eligibility Criteria

Step 2: UGC NET Exam Pattern for Management | No. of Ques, Marking Scheme & Time Duration


To crack the UGC NET Exam first, understand the UGC NET Exam Pattern consisting of the key information of the exam like – How many questions will be there in UGC NET Management Paper? How many marks will each question consist? In how many hours one needs to complete the NET Management Exam Paper? Etc.

Important Note - Paper 1 & Paper 2 will be conducted in a single three-hour duration.

As shown in the above table, the NTA NET Management Question Paper will be segmented in 2 sections – Paper 1 and Paper 2.

 Paper 1 will be of Objective Type & would consists questions from UGC NET General Aptitude. It tests your research aptitude and knowhow. 
 Paper-2 will also cover objective type questions (multiple Choice, matching type, Assertion-reason, Statement Conclusion Questions). These questions will be related to Management Subject. (or the subject you have choosen for Part B). Part B / Paper 2 is the elective subject as per your selection. [List of electives for Paper 2]

There is a relief in UGC NET that exam authorities haven’t mentioned any negative marking for wrong answers.
